On the same day, Bayer Leverkusen would currently play the winner of the game Internazionale Milan and Getafe CF in Dusseldorf. Leverkusen defeated the Rangers 3-1 in Glasgow, and the first leg between Milan and Getafe was cancelled back in March.
Then, as it stands right now, on Tuesday, 11 August, Shakhtar Donetsk would face FC Basel in Gelsenkirchen. Donetsk won at Wolfsburg 2-1, and FC Basel defeated Eintracht Frankfurt 0-3. On the same day, the 4th quarter-final takes place in Duisburg. Since the first leg between AS Roma and FC Sevilla was cancelled in March, and the match between Olympiakos Piraeus and Wolverhampton Wanderers was a 1-1 draw, it is still completely open who will face each other at the quarter-finals.
