Corona at the French Open

The French Open is just about to start on September 27 with the qualification beginning today, and the daily numbers of people tested positive of Corona are growing. Regardless of the increasing numbers, up to 5000 spectators per day are going to be allowed to watch the matches live in the arenas.

The organisers of the French Open have conducted more than 900 tests so far since last Thursday. So far, six players, whose names have not been confirmed, were excluded from the tournament because of a corona infection. The positively tested players are placed in a seven-day quarantine.
